You have 14 days
If the size is wrong or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to exchange your piece.
What we need
- The piece unworn and undamaged
- Original box and packaging
- Tags still attached
How to start an exchange
Message us on Instagram or email hello@piece8co.com with your order number and the size you want instead. Tell us first — that way we can hold your replacement size before the courier collects the original, so you are not left waiting on stock.
Checking before you pay
The easiest exchange is the one you never need. Because we deliver cash on delivery, you can open the box and inspect the piece with the courier standing there. If it is wrong, refuse it on the spot and pay nothing.
Refunds
If you would rather have your money back than exchange, contact us and we will talk you through it.
