Can I pay cash when it arrives?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order, anywhere in Egypt. The courier waits while you check the piece.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four working days across Egypt. Cairo and Giza are usually next day.
How much is delivery?
It is calculated at checkout once you enter your address, so you see your full total before confirming.
What if the size is wrong?
You have 14 days to exchange, as long as the piece is unworn and in its packaging. See Returns & exchanges.
How do I know which size to order?
Measure your foot and check our size guide. If you are between sizes, go larger. Message us if you want a second opinion first.
Is my size coming back in stock?
Often, yes. Message us on Instagram with the piece and size and we will tell you when the next batch lands.
Can I order by message instead?
Yes. Send us the piece and your size on Instagram and we will take it from there.
