Cash on delivery is available on every order. The courier waits while you open the box and check the piece — if it is not what you expected, hand it back and pay nothing.

Delivery takes two to four working days across Egypt. The fee is LE 111 in Cairo and 6th of October, LE 133 to every other governorate.

You have 14 days from delivery to exchange, as long as the piece is unworn, in its original packaging and with tags attached.

Footwear is listed in EU sizes. Measure your foot rather than guessing from the size you usually buy — sizing varies between brands.
